    hello guys i am one player for another country and i have some problems with my suport,can find here one solution ?
    sorry for my language because is not verry good
    problem :
    i go in arena kill 1 player and next this player start tell me f..k your m...r.....etc
    i make print and i tell him to stop because i send this photo to suport,next this guy tell me : for me no problem because i have friends admins...you recive bann in 5 minutes
    i send this photo to suport and they nothing because they are friends
    Is corect this suport and big point ?
    i am good player and corect and i was banned lool

    Write a documentation incl. all screenshots you made to the BP Central.
    If its true its a heavy abuse of terms.
